Consultation Fee
Our standard consultation fee is R1,550. The fee may vary depending on the service requested, the nature and complexity of your matter, and the agreed scope of work. The applicable price will always be disclosed and agreed with you before payment or commencement of the paid service.
Payment Methods
We accept EFT and cash.
Home and Business Visits
Visits are available across all nine provinces by prior arrangement, booked through our enquiry process. Travel and accommodation costs are the client’s responsibility and are arranged around the visit.
Cancellations and Your Cooling-Off Rights
Fees paid for a consultation are generally not refundable once the consultation has been provided. As a South African consumer booking electronically, you may have a statutory cooling-off right to cancel without penalty for a limited period after booking (under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) or, in some circumstances, under the Consumer Protection Act.
Where a transaction qualifies for a statutory cooling-off period under applicable South African law, your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you expressly request and consent to Wolf Spells commencing the agreed service before expiry of an applicable ECTA cooling-off period, you acknowledge that the statutory cooling-off right may no longer apply once performance has commenced, to the extent permitted by law. That consent is captured explicitly as part of our booking process — see our enquiry form. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under South African law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked consultation once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given; the new appointment is subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, may be treated as late cancellations and may attract a reasonable cancellation or rebooking charge, subject to applicable consumer law. We may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
