By using wolfspells.co.za or booking a consultation with Wolf Spells, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. About Wolf Spells
Wolf Spells (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2012/45782/07, is a registered South African business offering private spiritual consultations, described honestly as a belief-based, traditional spiritual practice. Please read our Spiritual Services Disclaimer alongside these terms — it explains what we do and don’t claim to offer.
Postal address for legal correspondence: 85 St. George’s Mall, Adderley Street, Cape Town, 8001. This is a correspondence address only — it is not a consultation location, and all consultations are conducted privately online or, where arranged, at the client’s own premises.
3. Who Can Use Our Services
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over.
4. How Consultations Work
Consultations are arranged privately via WhatsApp, phone, or our enquiry form, and are provided virtually to clients across South Africa. Home or business visits are available in all nine provinces by prior arrangement only, at the client’s cost for travel and accommodation — see our Fees, Cancellations & Refund Policy for details.
5. Fees and Payment
The service fee may vary depending on the service requested, the nature and complexity of your matter, and the agreed scope of work. The applicable price will always be disclosed and agreed with you before payment or commencement of the paid service. Accepted payment methods and our cancellation approach are set out in our Fees, Cancellations & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, please:
- Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you
- Treat the practitioner and any communication with respect
- Understand that our services are not to be used to seek harm against another person — we do not provide spiritual work intended to harm third parties
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Spiritual work is offered as a belief-based practice. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, and individual experience varies. Full detail is in our Spiritual Services Disclaimer.
8. Intellectual Property
The content of this website (text, design, and branding) belongs to Wolf Spells (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Third-Party Platforms
We communicate with clients via WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. We aren’t responsible for WhatsApp’s availability, security, or its own handling of your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Wolf Spells will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from or relating to the use of this website or our services.
Where liability cannot otherwise be excluded, Wolf Spells’ aggregate liability arising from a particular service will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability or consumer right that may not lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
