A private consultation with Wolf Spells starts with a simple, unhurried conversation — never a form you’re rushed through, and never a call you weren’t expecting. How a Private Consultation Works
You reach out privately. Message us on WhatsApp or send a short enquiry — whichever feels more comfortable. There’s no pressure to explain everything up front.
We have an honest conversation. Every enquiry begins with an honest assessment of whether it’s something we can meaningfully help with. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you plainly rather than take your booking anyway.
We arrange a time that suits you. Once we’ve agreed to go ahead, we’ll set up your consultation privately, by phone or WhatsApp call, at a time that works around your schedule.
You leave knowing what happens next. After your consultation, you’ll have a clear sense of the way forward — not vague reassurance, and not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
What We Ask For — and What We Never Ask For
To have a meaningful consultation, we’ll usually ask for your name, a contact number, and a short description of what’s bringing you to us. That’s it.
We will never ask for passwords, banking PINs, copies of identity documents, or intimate images, and we don’t collect information about former partners or other third parties unless there’s a lawful, necessary reason directly relevant to your own consultation. If anyone contacting you claims to be Wolf Spells and asks for these things, it isn’t us — please treat it with caution and get in touch to confirm.
We also don’t publish an office address, and any in-person meeting only ever happens as a home or business visit arranged in advance (see below) — never anywhere else, and never unannounced. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Fees and How to Pay

Home and Business Visits, by Arrangement
While the great majority of our work happens virtually — by phone or WhatsApp call, from wherever you are in South Africa — a home or business visit can be arranged by prior booking in any of the nine provinces. Visits are usually requested by the client, though the practitioner may occasionally consider an in-person meeting necessary for a particular case; either way, nothing happens without it being arranged in advance — we don’t cold-call or turn up unannounced. Travel and accommodation costs are always for the client’s account, whichever direction is needed: your own, if you’re travelling to the practitioner, or the practitioner’s, if they’re travelling to you — and for discretion and safety, the practitioner arranges their own private accommodation rather than staying with clients. If a visit is something you’d like to discuss, mention it when you first reach out and we’ll talk through what’s realistic for your area.

We’ll tell you honestly, without charging a fee for the assessment itself, rather than proceed anyway.
Do I need to prepare anything before my consultation?

Is my information kept private?
