Wanting a spiritual consultation to stay private is completely ordinary — it doesn’t mean you have something to hide, and it isn’t something you need to justify. This article sets out, concretely, how discretion is built into the way we work, so you can reach out knowing exactly what that actually means in practice.
Wanting Privacy Isn’t Something to Explain
Spiritual matters are personal. Whether you’re dealing with a relationship, a financial worry, or something harder to name, the last thing that should stand between you and support is a fear of being seen or judged. You don’t owe anyone — including us — an explanation for wanting this kept private. That’s simply how we operate by default, for every client, not as a special accommodation.
Private by Design
We don’t operate from a public premises, and we don’t publish a client-facing office address. Consultations happen privately, by phone or WhatsApp call, from wherever you are in South Africa. Where a home or business visit is genuinely needed, it’s arranged individually and privately with you — never publicly listed, never a walk-in option.
We Ask for What We Need — Nothing More
A consultation only requires a name, a way to reach you, and a short description of what’s bringing you to us. We don’t request passwords, banking PINs, identity documents, or intimate images, and we don’t ask about former partners or other third parties beyond what’s directly relevant to your own situation. The full detail of what’s collected and why lives on our Private Spiritual Consultations page.
Neutral, Judgement-Free Communication
If you message us first, our replies stay neutral and don’t assume or reveal anything about why you’re reaching out — useful if you’re messaging from a shared phone or a device others might see. We’re not here to judge the reason you’ve come to us, only to have an honest conversation about whether we can help.
A Note on Impersonation
We’ll never contact you out of the blue, and we’ll never ask for banking PINs or identity documents by message. If someone claiming to be Wolf Spells asks you for these things, it isn’t us — please treat it with caution and reach out directly to confirm before responding.
Privacy isn’t an add-on service — it’s simply how every consultation is handled, for every client, from the very first message.
Where to Start
